Processing Times
We take pride in our fast turnaround times:
- DTF Gang Sheets: Orders are typically printed and shipped within 24-48 business hours
- Rush Orders: Same-day printing available for orders placed before 12 PM CST (additional fees may apply)
- Custom Orders: Processing times may vary based on complexity and quantity
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
- UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:

- The carrier's website directly
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment notification.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Additional shipping fees
- Customs duties and import taxes (paid by recipient)
- Longer delivery times (typically 7-21 business days)
- Restrictions on certain products

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Lost Packages: Contact us if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a resolution.
- Damaged Packages: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
