Our Guarantee

At Merch Unlimited, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our DTF transfers are tested to last 100+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading when properly applied.

If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with quality defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Quality issues include:

  • Printing defects or errors
  • Incorrect sizing or colors
  • Damaged products upon arrival
  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Orders printed correctly according to the customer's submitted artwork
  • Color variations due to differences between screen displays and actual print output
  • Artwork quality issues present in the original submitted files
  • Application errors or damage caused during the heat press process
  • Change of mind after the order has been printed

We recommend ordering a smaller test sheet first if you're unsure about colors or sizing.

Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at info@merchunlimited.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photos showing the problem
  4. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

  • The cancellation request is received before production begins
  • We have not yet started printing your order

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Due to our fast turnaround times, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Shipping Issues

For shipping-related issues:

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
  • Damaged in Transit: Document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Reprints

In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer a reprint at a discounted rate or at no cost, depending on the circumstances. Reprints are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
