About the Exercise
Operation Tobacco Road is the North Carolina National Guard's premier cyber readiness exercise, run by the Cyber Security Response Force (CSRF). Over a full week, red and blue teams go head-to-head defending the critical infrastructure our communities depend on.
In 2026 the exercise runs in two iterations — August 17–21 and again in October — bringing together 60–80 incident responders and penetration testers per session for an intense, hands-on engagement.
This store outfits the operators who make it happen. Gear up.
