What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF (Direct to Film) gang sheet is a large transfer sheet containing multiple designs arranged together. This maximizes space efficiency and reduces your cost per design. After receiving your sheet, simply cut out each transfer and apply to garments using a heat press. Learn more about custom DTF transfers.
What file format do I need?
PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI are preferred for the crispest prints. We also accept JPG, PDF, and PSD files. Our gang sheet builder will alert you if your artwork resolution is too low before you order.
What fabrics work with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work on virtually any fabric including cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, nylon, denim, leather, and more. They work on both light and dark colored garments - no need for different transfer types!
How long do DTF transfers last?
When applied as specified, our DTF transfers resist cracking, peeling, or fading. Press at 300 to 325 F with medium pressure for 10 to 15 seconds, peel warm, then press again for 5 seconds.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No! Unlike other transfer methods, you do NOT need to mirror your designs. Simply upload them as you want them to appear. Our printing process handles the rest.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. We also offer rush same day printing for urgent orders placed before 12 PM ET. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums! Order as little as one gang sheet. We believe in making DTF transfers accessible to everyone, from hobbyists to large businesses.
Do you charge extra for colors?
Never! Whether your design has 2 colors or 200, the price stays the same. Our pricing is based solely on sheet size, not color complexity.
Do I need to add a white underbase to my artwork?
No. We print a white underbase automatically behind every design, so your colors stay bright on dark garments without any extra setup. Upload your artwork in full color exactly as you want it to print. Full CMYK plus white printing is included in the sheet price on every order.
How do I reorder a gang sheet?
Reordering is simple because DTF has no screens or setup. Build the same sheet again with the same files and sizes, and it prints fresh in Garner, NC and ships within 24 to 48 hours. There is no minimum, so you can reorder a single sheet whenever you need more transfers.
Do you offer wholesale pricing on gang sheets?
Yes. Approved print shops and apparel businesses can apply for partner pricing on the same 22" gang sheets. Visit our wholesale DTF transfers page for who qualifies and how to apply.
What temperature and pressure do I use to apply DTF transfers?
Press DTF transfers at 300 to 325 F with medium pressure for 10 to 15 seconds, then peel the film while it is still warm. Follow with a 5 second second press. The same settings work on cotton, polyester, blends, and nylon.
Do I need to press my transfer a second time?
Yes. After peeling the film warm, press the design again for 5 seconds. This second press sets the ink into the fabric and improves durability. It only takes a moment and it is the easiest way to get the longest life from every transfer.
