File Size & Dimensions – The artwork file must match the exact size of the ordered design. Files should not exceed 200MB. If your file is larger, please contact our support team for assistance.

Quick & Simple Assembly Instructions

Setting up your tent is fast and straightforward. Follow these easy steps:

1️⃣ Remove the frame from the carrying bag and place it on a flat surface.

2️⃣ Be mindful of pinch points while expanding the frame.

3️⃣ Two people stand opposite each other and pull the frame outward until it is halfway open.

4️⃣ Unfold the canopy and drape it over the frame. Secure the corners with Velcro straps.

5️⃣ Fully expand the frame by having two people stand diagonally, lifting and separating the legs until fully extended.

6️⃣ Lock the frame in place by pushing the auto slider until the thumb lock clicks.

7️⃣ Adjust the tent height by stepping on the base of the frame leg and sliding the frame up until it locks into place.

Ensure the canopy is clean and dry before storing.
Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent if necessary.
Avoid extended exposure to extreme weather conditions to prolong lifespan.
